Folio IV Bridal

A gown that fits.

A wedding gown rarely arrives ready. Hems run long. Bodices need taking in. Bustles must be set so the train lifts cleanly for the reception. The work is done over three visits — first fitting at three months out, second at six weeks, final a fortnight before the day.

A Note
"Stami remembered me by name when I came in for my final fitting. My mother had been a bride here in 1992."
